PMDP Power Skills

This optional Percipio Journey is designed to complement and build upon the objectives and concepts taught in the live courses of the People Manager Development Program (PMDP). PMDP is designed to improve managerial effectiveness in our leaders across all levels of the organization. PMDP targets the development of critical foundational skills, including building effective teams, coaching, communication, and valuing differences, while providing managers with tools to boost employees and volunteer engagement, increase retention, and deliver stronger business results.
